Right, we only split last year on way to the LPD Tournament Title. Not to mention that each school went out in the regional semi-finals. Yup, JJK blew us away in baseball last year.

It was a great year for you guys no doubt,but don't let it get to your head. I like our chances next year on the diamond,and we'll have a shot on the gridiron. The gal's b-ballers have a great shot as well.

You all win girls basketball, we'll win basketball and should win softball. The others will be toss up's imo. Speaking of girls basketball, I think JJK gives JIB all they can hanlde next year.

i love when the only way people can justify losing is that the team is young and will dominate next year. well thats next year, and its pretty **** hard to rely on whats gonna happen.

how bout we rely on whats JUST happened:
Football? check
Basketball? check
Baseball? check

Losing to PV in football is nothing new, and pv basketball is really turning the corner now, but sweeping JJK in baseball, its nice. no matter how you wanna try and downplay it, PV beat JJK twice. LPD Champions. i know it burns you up inside, but just let it out, youll feel better. In the big three, PV beat Wise every time. face it homie, in 09-10, PV>>>JJK. 5-5 is ownage

. It's not hard at all to tell what's going to happen next year on the diamond. It's not justifying losing,it's stating a fact. They are having a great year with a good group of baseballers,but it will not consistently last like the outfit at JJK has.:2thumbsup:. Be excited about it though guys. I cannot fault you for it. PV beating JJK in baseball is a BIG deal-just like the rare ocasion when JJK gets PV on the gridiron. Two great programs in JJK baseball and PV football-at least we can all agree on that. Let's not get too excited about being LPD baseball champs though. We don't even get fired up with those. We play for state championships (like you all do in football). Best of luck to anybody from the LPD vs the CMD this year though. They'll certainly need it.

why is that? why is it impossible for PV to do it?
JJK doesnt have tons more kids or tons more great ballplayers, so it isnt like JJK is this juggernaut made in a lab.

Not a bold statement at all,and there's over 30 years of consistent history to back it up. I have ZERO doubt that in the next few years,Kelly baseball will be doing what they do,and that's winning championships. It's no different that Wise and PV in football. We have the students comparable to PV,but that has never mattered on the gridiron,and it's not going to matter on the diamond. Save this thread guys,and re-visit it in the next years,and see if 'ol ID isn't right.
